There are four different reports available for CORE.
1. Score Report
The CORE Score Report is self-explanatory and is developed with the Test Taker in mind.
We recommend that the Score Report is made available for the Test Taker to download after completing the test. Alternatively, it can be handed out in person at the interview.
2. Score page
The CORE Score Page is a single-page report that is used by experienced CORE users to quickly provide an overview of the candidate.
The Score Page can be beneficially used when giving feedback, as a simple visualisation to support the verbal feedback session.
3. Interview Guide
The most comprehensive report is the CORE Interview Guide, which features CORE result, criteria, match percentage, recommendations based on the number of displayed tasks, and a selection of score-specific questions that are relevant for connecting CORE results to job behaviour. The CORE Interview Guide is intended for all CORE users as an easy-to-use tool to prepare and structure verbal feedback, or to provide input to a third-party stakeholder e.g., the hiring manager.
4. Questions Page
The Questions Page is a single-page report that is used by experienced CORE users to quickly provide an overview of the score specific questions presented in the CORE Interview Guide.
