When should I use the international norm?

The international norm is used when assessing people from different countries within the same project. That way the same representative benchmark can be used for all test takers. Since a norm is essentially updating scores in the same way for all results, then comparisons between people using the same norm is always valid (their scores have been moved identically, and the ranking of the responses will always be the same).

Master recommends using the International norm if no national norms are available for the user’s location.
