Maximizing Impact: Your role as a Partner in MI-facilitated Webinars

Here is a short guide on what we recommend all Partners to do when MI facilitates an open webinar, and how you can enhance the impact on customers in your region.

When MI facilitates webinars, there are several strategic actions you can take as a Partner to significantly enhance market impact and generate valuable leads. This guide will walk you through these steps, and it is divided into before during and after.

  3. MI will include information about the webinar, along with the registration link, in an MI newsletter sent well in advance.
  4. MI will create an initial LinkedIn post inviting participants to the webinar and follow up with 2-3 reminder posts to ensure maximum visibility.

  3. MI will share a comprehensive list of all registrants, including their names, email addresses, participation status, and region, to facilitate targeted follow-up by partners.

What we expect from Partners:

  1. Contact all registrants from your region to introduce yourself as the local Master Partner, using your local language and adding a personal touch like a comment of your experience from the webinar.
    1. To Existing customers: Send a tailored email offering the option to book a meeting with you to discuss how the webinar's subject can benefit them.
    2. To Potential customers: Send a tailored email offering a meeting to explore the webinar's topic and to learn more about Master.
  2. Share a LinkedIn post or include a small article in your newsletter highlighting the key takeaways and impact of the webinar.
  3. Feel free to adapt and translate the webinar materials into your local language or invite Lise to host a local version of the webinar on the same subject. This can help tailor the content to better resonate with customers in your region.

By following these steps, we will strengthen the relationships with both existing and potential customers, ultimately driving more business opportunities.
