Can the AI Module generate a structured interview guide?

In the top bar choose "Interview". In the Suggested actions you have an option called "Structured Interview Guide". Click on that.

On the Interview tab, it can generate a complete Structured Interview Guide for the role including behavioural anchors, score-adaptive follow-up questions, room for notes and a scoring matrices.

Once you start the guide you are prompted to adjust it along the way. View it, adjust it, and then print it. 

The guide is designed before any candidate is seen and should be used identically for all candidates in the role.
