I set up criteria and the AI suggested a CORE threshold that seems too high. Is this a bug?

No, not necessarily

You are responsible for setting the Criteria, and you should treat the AI Module as a colleague who has given their opinion on a matter. And now you have to make the decision.

Suggestions for prompt:  

  • Try to ask it to make the Criteria range more inclusive of a broader pool of candidates. E.g., "Make the Criteria inclusive of a broader pool of candidates."

  • Another thing you can try is to suggest a Criteria, and then ask it to argue that Criteria. E.g., "What if I set the Criteria to 5, what would the arguments for that be?"

Note that you can ask the AI to ask you questions to make sure the Criteria are more aligned with your needs.
