Can the AI Module see the candidate's name?

 Candidate names are replaced server-side with neutral labels (Candidate A, B, C) before any data reaches the AI model. Names are restored for display in the portal UI, but the AI only ever evaluates candidates on scores and criteria, never on name-based signals.

This means that the AI model has no knowledge directly or indirectly about candidates' names, ages, gender, or ethnicity.
