What is the MPP AI Module and what does it do?
The AI Module is a professional tool for HR practitioners working within the MPP portal. It helps practitioners interpret psychometric assessment results and make more consistent, better-informed employment decisions.
The AI Module is a professional guidance tool built into the MPP Assessment view. It helps HR practitioners with job analysis, criteria setting, results interpretation, candidate ranking, interview guide generation, and decision review.
- Summarise an assessment — what instruments were completed, what criteria are set, what the overall picture looks like
- Recommend criteria for a role, based on a job analysis your practitioner conducts with the AI
- Interpret candidate results against those criteria — identifying strengths, gaps, and overuse risks
- Rank candidates by fit against the confirmed criteria, with a named top recommendation and reasoning for each position
- Generate a Structured Interview Guide (SIG) for the role — a complete, standards-aligned interview guide with BARS scoring matrices, pre-interview calibration instructions, and a candidate transparency statement — designed before candidates are seen, identical for all candidates in the same role
- Prepare targeted interview questions for a specific candidate, based on their individual score profile
- Support decision review — a structured reflection step before the practitioner finalises their assessment
It does not score tests, make hiring decisions, or communicate with candidates.
