How to Log In to Master People Platform

Master People Platform Login Guide: MFA, Passkey, SSO

Available log in options

There are several ways to log in to Master People Platform. Choose whichever method suits you best, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) via an authenticator app and login with a passkey.

Master People Platform log in options

You can log in in the following ways:

With email and password

Log in as usual with your email and password. For security reasons, you'll then need to confirm your login, either with a code sent to your email or via an authenticator app if MFA is enabled.

With Microsoft or Google (SSO)

Has your company set up SSO via Microsoft or Google? Then you can log in with the same credentials you already use for these services, quickly and without a separate password.

With multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Confirm your login via an authenticator app (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator) instead of receiving a code by email.

With a passkey

The latest and most secure way to log in. With a passkey you no longer need a password, and instead log in with your fingerprint, face recognition, or your device's PIN code.

How to set up your login method

All login methods (except SSO, which your company sets up centrally) are managed from your profile. Log in to Master People Platform at app.master-hr.com, then click the person icon in the top right corner to open your account settings.

Login options Master People Platform

Authenticator app (Multi-factor authentication)

  1. Under Multi-factor authentication, click Enable MFA.
  2. Scan the QR code shown with your authenticator app (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator). [confirm this step matches the actual screen]
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm setup. [confirm]
  4. From now on, you'll be asked for a code from your app each time you log in, instead of an email code.

Passkey

  1. Under Passkeys, optionally name the passkey (e.g. "Work laptop" or "iPhone").
  2. Click Add passkey.
  3. Follow your browser or device prompt: fingerprint, face recognition, or your device PIN.
  4. Next time you log in, choose Sign in with passkey instead of entering a password.

Email and password

No setup needed. Just log in with your email and password as usual. If MFA isn't enabled, you'll automatically receive a confirmation code by email; if MFA is enabled, you'll be asked for the authenticator code instead.

Microsoft or Google (SSO)

No setup needed on your end. If your company has enabled SSO, select Log in with Microsoft or Log in with Google on the login page and sign in with your existing company credentials.
