How is the social desirability handled?
Social desirability is always a concern with personality tests, and this was of course also addressed in the development process for OPTO. We reviewed all items in relation to response bias both manually and statistically, and generally Spotlight does minimise the effects of impression management as much as possible in a normative questionnaire.
