How do I get help with the AI module?

There are several options, depending on the nature of your request for help.

  1. There is a built in help option in the header to the right - Open an assessment with AI module and look for the small i:

    1. ⓘ help — About mAI, Get started, Workflows, Tips, Trust & compliance, Common questions.
  2. You can ask the AI module to explain its recommendations or produced output, if you are in doubt. 
  3. Search this FAQ for Practical Tips and Tricks, Technical Support, or support regarding Compliance. 
  4. If you observe the AI Module producing output that appears incorrect, biased, or harmful, or if a candidate raises a concern related to AI use in their assessment, please report it to your Master representative through the standard support ticket system.
