How does a customer get access to the AI Module?

The technical process of giving access to a customer.

Step 1: Confirm the subscription is active on your Partner Partition
Verify that the AI Module feature is enabled on your MPP Partner Partition.

Log into your Partner Partition on MPP. Go to Settings, and on the first page called "General", look for "Master AI Module (Feature)" in the Subscriptions list.

Step 2: Ensure the AI DPA is signed and uploaded to MPP
The AI Module requires the AI Supplementary Data Processing Agreement (provided by Master International) to be signed. Do not proceed without it.

Log into your Partner Partition on MPP. Go to Customers. Click on the relevant customer. Go to "Documents". Click "Upload Document. Complete the form, upload the signed AI DPA, click on "Supplementary DPA for AI Module". And click Upload.

Step 3: Give access
Once the AI DPA is confirmed by MI, you can activate the AI Module on the customers partition.

Log into your Partner Partition on MPP. Go to Customers. Click on the relevant customer. Go to "Subscriptions", and scroll down to the section "Available Features". Active the feature by clicking the blue box with a plus inside and fill out the information. Click Add Subscription.

Note: If you do not change the start date, it will automatically choose todays date, and once you click Add Subscription, the customer will have immediate access.
